I have read other reviews that say this is not working properly. I have an ISE disposal and it works just fine. You DO have to push down on it to have it seat so it might be hard for someone with hand issues but the top half works easily. If anyone has leak issues it may be due to them mating these with non ISE disposals, although they are pretty generic there might be some minor tolerance differences.
