You get what you pay for The MOUNTING HARDWARE for this paper towel holder IS HORRIBLE! The head of the screw got completely stripped once I got the screw halfway into the wall, and the saddest part of all is that I had drilled pilot holes to avoid stressing the screws. I then had to figure out how to remove the stuck screw without damaging the plastic mounting bracket. Impossible! This item comes fully assembled, you need to separate the parts to install the screws that hold it into place.
