Nice Machine – Messy So far so good. To add to the other reviewers, machine works well and the direct plumbing has eliminated the need to fill the machine. The only issue I have is that the cup holder tray is very far from where the coffee is dispensed. This results in a lot of splashing which makes a mess. The commercial machines at my office have an adjustable tray so that when you are not using “travel mugs” you don’t get the splashing.
