Nice Machine – Messy So far so good. To add to the other reviewers, machine works well and the direct plumbing has eliminated the need to fill the machine. The only issue I have is that the cup holder tray is very far from where the coffee is dispensed. This results in a lot of splashing which makes a mess. The commercial machines at my office have an adjustable tray so that when you are not using “travel mugs” you don’t get the splashing. This unit unfortunately does not have that feature so lots of wiping…
