Imagine my surprise when I received this item today and found that it had been previously opened and some of the bags had been used. The fact that bags were missing was clearly visible! I certainly don’t mind paying for something that someone purchased and then returned. But I find it rather odd that I received a “used” item with a portion missing. I realize that this isn’t a very expensive item, but at least send me what I ordered! I will never buy from this seller again! This is just…
