Igloo is a horrible company! Unboxed, set it up, waited for 2 hours as recommended and within a few minutes we had ice! I used this for 2 straight nights and it works amazing. Funny thing is it became the talk of the party. Everyone enjoyed the fresh ice to cool off their drinks.
