It was easy and simple to replace if you have the right … I purchased this because my washer was stuck in the wash cycle or the washer was not cycling through any of the modes. The washer that we have is a Whirlpool Ultimate Care II that was using 8557301-A the older revision. It was easy and simple to replace if you have the right tools and are careful to flip the panel over.
