Fix your washing machine yourself! I did and so can you! My washer quit spinning out and was making a humming sound on spin cycle. I googled it and found a YouTube video on how to assess the problem and fix it. I flipped my washer over, took it apart and found a broken motor coupler. Ordered this guy on here. Shipping was slower than prime should be so it took about five days to arrive. So, with a family of five I did have to make a trip to the laundry mat. Part arrived, I fixed it and washer works great! Hope it lasts! I know I saved a ton by doing…
When your current one breaks your washer is DOA until it is replaced… keep the one triangle piece that did not break when you replace everything with a new kit as you can use it in the future if/when it happens again. I had to do this recently and I had the washer up and going again quickly allowing me to order a new kit as a spare.It is easy to find a “how to” video online for preforming the replacement… my own model was a bit tougher to do than the one in the video…
