Seems, looks, and works exactly like the one that originally came with my All American Canner! I purchased this pressure cooker weight in a pinch because when the time came to need it for pressurizing my canner, I could not find mine that goes to my All American Canner. It seems, looks and works exactly like the one that came with my canner when I purchased it. So I am very glad to be back in business canning my green beans and chicken again! A Positive Weighty Opinion I’m truly a featherbrain. I’m usually very careful to put all of my canning necessities in the clean canner after the canning season is over each year. My green beans will be ready to pick in a couple of days so I got my canner out, all the jars I’ll need, rings, etc. I always boil the gasket for 15 minutes before using each season just to get it ready and to be sure the canner is ready to go.You guessed it…..no regulator weight.
