A Positive Weighty Opinion I’m truly a featherbrain. I’m usually very careful to put all of my canning necessities in the clean canner after the canning season is over each year. Well–there is literally nothing that can be said about this, other than it is a genuine part and works exactly as it should. I was so happy to get it–in our house, canning is a year round event, and not having this weight really upset my canning schedule.
