My experience with Homgeek echos the rest of the one star reviews. Customer support from Homgeek is nearly non existent. The quality of the machine is low. I have had 2 now. My second ia supposedly the new updated version. Only change is the color. Their website states 2000watts and these are 1450watts. The updated one I just recieved has the faceplate with digital rwadout coming off. The bottom motor cover is all scratced up and the blaxk pastic is marred and is not shiney. I do belive this…
