Broken and Nightmare Customer Service and Warranty Program Unlike other reviewers, I like the controls, and I have no problem with the stainless steel border. If you slide a full dutch over across it, it will scratch (duh, but I’ve done it anyway). My issue is it broke and the tech support and customer service is terrible. Five service calls with another in the works and hours on the phone are not worth it.
