Broken and Nightmare Customer Service and Warranty Program Unlike other reviewers, I like the controls, and I have no problem with the stainless steel border. If you slide a full dutch over across it, it will scratch (duh, but I’ve done it anyway). My issue is it broke and the tech support and customer service is terrible.
