Shuts itself off, known engineering flaw Don’t buy this oven! From day 1 we have had problems with it shutting off whenever we open door and the least bit of heat comes out. After 4 service calls, a replacement mother board and ui panel, and HOURS on hold, the nice technician told me its a known engineering issue and they can’t fix it and he said, “I’m not supposed to tell you that.” After struggling with GE for weeks, they have finally conceded to send me a new oven…an oven that may have the exact same problem.
