Good Hand Held Mixer I found myself in the market for a new hand mixer. After reading the reviews, including the negatives about it running too fast, I decided to purchase it. I have now been using it for several months. I do not understand the negatives about the speed. I use low speed to combine my ingredients and have never had a splash over. Best mixer for the money! I love it! My other mixer died while mixing Christmas cookie dough. So I needed a mixer with more power that could mix heavy dough. I also had a wish list of a mixer that had storage for the beaters, a bowl rest, and also I wanted a mixer that had a slower speed to start out.
