Love this dehydrator. I almost didn’t get it due to some of the reviews, but decided to go with my gut in the end. I am glad I did. I let the sucker run for about 45 minutes before putting in any meat. I did three kinds of cuts. Bought them sliced already even though I do have a slicer; less work that way. I did beef first time around and I was pleasantly surprised when the thinner top round cuts from my first batch was completely dry at 3 hours. It took my old dehydrator 10 hours to get like…
