I needed to be able to store up ice…. I thought I would love the dispensing part because my husband is always coming in wanting cold water and Ice and I thought this was the answer. However, the time it took to dispense the ice was so slow; I could empty an Ice tray in half the time. There isn’t any way to access the ice other than the dispenser so you can’t store up ice for any occasion even IF it had produced 36 lbs of ice as it stated.
