Terrible. Do not buy from this Seller! Product defective and they will not return it!!! The cooktop was shipped to me from Evvive and I paid an electrician to come install it. The electrician informed me the cooktop glass was warped and he would not be able to install the unit. He placed a level on the top of the stove and I could tell the glass was uneven and concave. I immediately contacted the seller and notified them of this issue. They requested information and pictures to document the damage and I obliged. Then they informed me a technician from LG was going to come out…
This was purchased about a year ago when I was remodeling the kitchen. The first shipment had a crack in the corner but I was able to get a replacement. So far, the cooktop works great! I use it maybe 3 to 5 times a week and it still looks brand new save for some minor burn marks I can’t get out.PROS: It is super easy to clean; I either wipe it down with a wet rag and dish soap or when it’s really dirty I break out the Weiman cooktop cleaner, a cleaning pad and some elbow grease…
