What a terrible machine. We just threw out a two-year old example of the Maytag Bravos XL toploader. It has been running exactly as designed, and that’s the problem. Poor design. Inadequate water levels failed to completely wet the laundry, let alone provide enough liquid to float away the dirt. Multiple washings of the same load helped a little, but what’s the point of “economy” water-saving by then?
