Not shinny Aluminum I live alone and needed a small pressure cooker. This seemed to fit the bill. It is just the right size and came with some recipes that were very nice. I have used it and am very pleased with the ease of use and the results. The reason for my mediocre rating is that the aluminum is not shinny like is shows in the picture.
