Well I did love it till it died on me 2 days before our family Christmas dinner a little more than a year later. Was working fin I have had this about 2 months. So far it has worked exactly as advertised. My ice maker on my fridge keeps going out with an average service call of $150 so I had nothing to lose and so far this is great. It is a little bit of a hassle to have to transfer ice to the freezer to keep a steady supply but if I forget this works really fast. Also if I don’t move it to the freezer the ice melts too fast in the glass. It is a very attractive counter top appliance but does take up a good bit of space…
