Disappointed, faulty engineering. Cooker arrived within two days in good condition. I used it following the directions and was disappointed in the units performance. I returned it today with the following comment, “As pressure builds the GRS (Gasket Release System) begins to release steam thus never allowing the cooker to obtain full pressure for cooking.” Apparently Prestige decided in an effort to save money to use the sealing gasket in a dual purpose role. One, to serve as a gasket and two, to serve as a safety…
