I love my Prestige Pressure Cooker. A friend from India had recommended it, said she had one for many years, and all you ever had to do was replace the gasket and possibly the safety valve and it lasted forever. I love mine, how easy it is to use, how simple it is, and counting “whistles,” instead of setting dials, etc etc, which, in my view, needlessly complicate cooking.I did something stupid with mine, and the safety valve performed as intended – kept the cooker from…
