Big Disappointment…Don’t waste your money I gave up on trying to use this after having it for almost nine months. I purchase this for use in my store and this product is a fail. Neither the steam function nor the iron function work very well. The steam head spits and splatters so much water onto the garment and the floors constantly. The iron function is non existent, it doesn’t really get hot enough to smooth out even minor creases and also leaks water on what you are trying to iron. Use several times per week I waited to post a review. Yes, it is a small board and iron, but it works perfectly and is compact and easy to set up and store. Do I wish it had wheels? Yes, but if I really needed them I could probably figure out how to mount a set. It could do with a slightly better pad and better fit to g cover but overall it is exactly suited to my purpose, which is touch ups and ironing a short sleeves short 3 times a week. Also a good steamer for hung up suits and pants. I will buy a bigger ironing…
