Died after 3 months – horrible product support This Microwave completely died after 3 months of use. No power at all is being delivered despite several attempts to troubleshoot with Samsung tech support over the phone. Samsung had me drive 40 minutes to a “service station” for repairs that ended up being someone’s home address and was clearly incorrect.
