Supco LP054D Washer Drain Pump

Fixed a shorted pump on our Samsung washer to keep it going for hopefully a few more years. Repairs on the Samsung units have been easy and parts are readily available to get things back up and running quickly. Great cheap replacement part. I knocked a star off because this is the second time I have had to replace this part and I bought both here on Amazon from the same seller. The first one lasted exactly 1 year before it broke. Since it is so cheap to buy and youtube had a great video on how to replace it I bought it again because, where else are you going to find it? Came home with the washing machine giving me an alarm of no drain. I tore it down and quickly found that the existing pump rotor was loose on the shaft. I typed in the part number in amazon and had it shipped with a few extra expedited costs which were minimal. I came home the next day with it on my porch, installed it and we were back up and running. Family of 5 can’t have the washing machine down for long.
