Have used this 3 times so far. Once for a pot roast (took an hour to cook), for pulled pork (took about an hour and turned out great), and then for some soup (not as good as the crockpot). It is easy to use, easy to clean, and while I don’t use it every day, it is a very good addition to your kitchen. Can’t beat the quick cooking time. It is heavy and feels sturdy, all except for the plastic dial to adjust the pressure. I had T-fal pots, which I love, so that is why I chose the T-fal pressure…
