Almost perfect! I love the way it looks and cooks! I believe some of the other reviewers did not read the manual correctly.This is an amazingly priced commercial style range top that kicks out some serious BTUs and looks great.There is a safety thermocouple that requires you to hold the control knob in for 1.5 seconds while it heats up.
