What they don’t tell you is that it requires a specific kind of water and using any other type will void your warranty. As a matter of fact, pretty much anything can void your warranty on this item! Furthermore, it states it is a dry steamer but it has the tendency to spit out quite a bit of water in the process even when operated exactly as directions require.
