Very Possibly A Fix for Your Error Code E02 F05. My rating on the part itself is a 3 (as to Whirlpool/Maytag) but 5+ as to this vendor in terms of speed of shipping and price. The other day my 1 year old Whirlpool Duet Steam Washer started making funny clicking noises and would not lock or run. Error Code E02 F05, I believe. I took a gamble and ordered this part. This replacement part was about half the price of the part offered on Whirlpool’s website, and it arrived the day after I ordered it. I watched a couple of videos on YouTube, and it really was as easy to do as it looked. As others have said, the hardest part is putting the spring clamp back on the boot but even so, the whole thing took me about 15 minutes from start to finish. The only tools needed were a flathead screwdriver and Torx 20 screwdriver. I think locking pliers would have been…
