My first ever pressure cooker. Loving it! I’ve owned my Zavor stovetop 10 qt. for about one month now and I really love it. The size is perfect for our family of 4…..nice and roomy, but not too unwieldy. So far I’ve used it to pressure cook ‘Italian Sunday Gravy’, pot roasts, and veggies such as potatoes, carrots, broccoli, rutabagas, etc…. and it is working wonderful for us. Quality is lacking I bought this stovetop model over an Instant Pot (even though the Zavor pressure cooker costs significantly more) specifically because I thought it would stand the test of time better than an electric cooker. Iâve been proven very wrong, apparently.
