My first ever pressure cooker. Loving it! I’ve owned my Zavor stovetop 10 qt. for about one month now and I really love it. The size is perfect for our family of 4…..nice and roomy, but not too unwieldy. So far I’ve used it to pressure cook ‘Italian Sunday Gravy’, pot roasts, and veggies such as potatoes, carrots, broccoli, rutabagas, etc…. and it is working wonderful for us. Quality is lacking I bought this stovetop model over an Instant Pot (even though the Zavor pressure cooker costs significantly more) specifically because I thought it would stand the test of time better than an electric cooker. Iâve been proven very wrong, apparently. Iâve become comfortable using my motherâs 50+ year-old stovetop pressure cooker and havenât had any problems with it, but my brand new Zavor had steam leaking out near he handle that caused water to run into the stove burners.
