Delivers everything it promises This reviewer buys products from amazon all the time – and rarely submits a review – because most of what we buy is already reviewed thoroughly. Not the case with this Zojirushi coffee maker.Have owned and used the product for two months – and the current results are good as new. Coffee tastes clean and fresh when first brewed. Best thing is – 7 hours later, you can pour some more and it’s still warm enough to drink without having to microwave it – and tastes as fresh as…
Major defect, poor service in otherwise great coffeemaker There are times I hate dinging a product online and this is one of them; this coffeemaker is nearly perfect. Great flavor, brews quickly, stays hot for a couple hours, yet it has a major defect; the brewing basket occasionally backs up and makes a gigantic mess all over the counter. It’s simple what happens, a small rubber o ring on the basket valve either gets out of place or gets stopped up with coffee grinds and backs up the basket causing it to overflow.
