Very Pleased with these Ovens. Purchased Oven Used and had a local contractor install it. It is easy an intuitive to operate, in bake mode it took about 11 minutes to preheat to 400 degrees. The cooking temp is pretty even. Baked bread as the test case with some loaves in the top oven and some in the bottom. It made a slight difference to have the rack nearly to the bottom vs. one track up. With the slide out racks it is easy to load and get food in or out of either oven from the front or the side.
