Firstly, this was to used in a motor home. I needed a long ice maker line that was flexible because the fridge is located in a slide out. The line needed to flex and not rupture whenever the slide was moved in or out. And the water shut off was twenty feet away under the frame. After spending some time wrapping the new water line with split loom, I then ran this hose along a gas line the runs to the rear of the motor home. One line was used to connect a water filter to an ice machine, and the other was used to connect a water filter to a refrigerator with water/ice dispenser.
