Iâve always had to try and do it by hand which never worked out either.. I just did it with this mixer and it worked great!! Great value and performance for the money. Spent hours at a time for days researching all the different mixers available. The Kitchen Aid is the obvious market leader but also priced 3x higher so I was looking for something that would do 90+% as good for 75% less money. I first went with the smaller 550W mixer but it died on me within a day.
