Short-lived and finicky
My comments are about the Dacor Renaissance 30 in gas cooktop RGC304S/NG and the Dacor 30 inch white gas cooktop SGM304W. I am a professional cook in wanted a gas cooktop that could take heavy use but it was not a restaurant stove. My biggest complaint about dacor products, and I’ve owned these two gas cooktops for 10 years each 20 years and all, is that when they are working they work just fine but they can be finicky and they are short-lived.
