Tips:

– You can use either 1 or both the pans when cooking, up to you.
– When using, be careful to add at least 1 cup of liquid directly into the main pot. If the recipe calls for it, you may also add liquid/sauce to the insert pans.
– When using both pans, the food on the bottom will typically cook quicker than the food on the top. So keep that in mind when cooking two items of different density (such as veggies on top and chicken on bottom).
– When washing (either by hand or dishwasher), try to dry promptly to avoid spotting, streaking, or any other discolorations.
