I will be using this when I need it and think it will speed the process up a bit. This is a great little mixer blade. I made a test batch of cookies with it and it really does scrape the sides well. The only issue I ran into is that it got kind of stuck at one point and my mixer was starting to overheat. I pulled it up and put it back and it did fine after that. Seems decently made and we’ll priced First things first, this beater only fits the specific models listed. I didn’t realize that this wouldn’t fit my wife’s model even though hers is a 5 quart bowl. So make sure you check your model. Second this beater is very lightweight and is made of plastic not metal. That being said, it does appear to be well made and should hold up just fine. As I mentioned earlier this didn’t fit my wife’s model, so it was gifted to a friend who had a model that it fit. So far she has only used it…
