Love it I bought this after an older Nespresso machine (that I purchased used) broke down. I did have a glitch with the unit I received. I contacted Nespresso customer service who sent me a loaner (a Pixie, which is an upgraded version of this model). They fixed my defective unit, and the customer service beginning to end was outstanding.Now that I’ve used it for a couple of weeks, I give a thumbs up to this model. I like that I can make a larger cup of coffee from the same pod if I wish…
