Most powerful, quiet, and versatile vacuum I mulled over dropping this much cash on a vacuum cleaner for a few months. In the meantime, I had no way to thoroughly vacuum the 9×13 thick pile “california shag” area rug in my living room. My regular upright choked on it, and my little shop vac with floor tool just didn’t have the airflow to clean well. The rest of the house is 1940’s hardwood, so its not totally smooth and there’s super thin spaces between some planks where dust collects. A couple other smaller low pile area rugs…
Top notch! I hesitated before spending this much money on a vacuum cleaner. However, it was money well spent. The quality is top notch. It makes other vacuum cleaners feel like toys. I hope that the high quality translates into a long lifetime.My dog, like most dogs, is scared of vacuums, probably due to the high pitch noises they produce. The Miele doesn’t bother him at all. Despite its quietness, it generates a lot of suction. It easily picks up dirt and small objects from the gaps between…
