Best vacuum we’ve ever owned! Read all the reviews good and bad and thought we’d just give it a go and try this one out. I couldn’t be happier with this vacuum. The cord is longer than any other vac we’ve had, the suction is incredible on carpets “AND” on floors. I don’t see where the complaints about the performance of this vac on floors comes from.The suction hose is long, supple, soft, and beyond flexible. I guess if you try and stretch it 12 feet it will pull the vacuum over but who really does that…

Just short of the perfect household vacuum! First of all, I own two of these. Mainly so I didn’t have to haul the vacuum up and down the stairs, and because the price is reasonable. I’m not a fan of cleaning out a canister and losing suction so the bag style is perfect for me. This vacuum is lightweight and has excellent suction. The attachment’s are great too. The hoses are long enough to reach the ceiling, and it comes with a stairs attachment.The main drawback is the cordless feature. It was great when it worked but within…

We liked this vacuum because we thought it was a good … This was our third purchase of this particular model of vacuum. Also probably our final purchase if we don’t get some kind of response from support. We liked this vacuum because we thought it was a good value and did well with pet hair. The other two lasted a couple years each, in fact the second is still going, but this one only lasted 3 months before it “burned up”. A puff of smoke and that nasty electrical smell that filled the house. Called support, got instructions, shipped out…
