I bought this for my college aged daughter. She changes apartments every school year, so a full sized steamer wasnât something she wanted to lug around with each move. She has a travel iron and a table top ironing board, but the iron doesnât have a very good steam function, and she prefers steaming a lot of things. This steamer is so handy! Itâs a mini portable iron. Iâll more than likely be replacing it for my iron completely….. it got the wrinkles out without working hard to do it….. it plugs into an outlet. You fill it up with COLD water only…. no heating up is really required like an iron. The only downfall is that the iron has to be facing upright to work properly so youâre clothes has to be hanging to iron. Iâve found it handy to hang big clothing…
