Igloo is a horrible company! Unboxed, set it up, waited for 2 hours as recommended and within a few minutes we had ice! I used this for 2 straight nights and it works amazing. Funny thing is it became the talk of the party. Everyone enjoyed the fresh ice to cool off their drinks. This works wonderful and was worth every penny I paid for it.Update: It’s been 2 months now and it still works like a champ.
