Don’t buy this unless you want to have to buy new clothes MIne is just over a year old but clothes don’t come out clean. I use the high efficiency detergent and I have white spots on black or dark colored clothes. The detergent is blue, so I don’t know what it is. Almost looks like lint cooked on the clothes. Yesterday I had to wash dress shirts again because they had blue spots on it…came out with more spots. I even tried diluting the detergent. Worst purchase ever. Worst purchase ever. Died after 5 months. Worst service ever. Repair people don’t know how to repair anything and Whirlpool customer service people don’t know anything about customer service. Parts take 7-10 days to order, it’s been 2 weeks and more parts are now on order. Looking at a minimum of 3-4 weeks without a washing machine.
