Good replacement part. Some hints on doing the repair. Needed an extra washer- easy fix. Appears to be a sturdy replacement part. The ice dispenser now works great. I did find on re-assembly that the dimensions on the threaded end of the shaft were slightly different than the original part. This resulted in some free play of the blades. Fortunately I was able to resolve this by adding an extra washer I had on hand – 3/8 inch inside diameter, 3/4 inch outside diameter, and about 1/16th inch thick. I placed it between the two plain plastic spacers that are farthest from the plastic…
