Impressive, but Sous Vide not precise I have an Instant Pot auto pressure cooker, which is great. I bought this for the Sous Vide. I think this device is at least as good as the Instant Pot, but I tested the Sous Vide function. Disappointed. Temperatures selectable only in 10 degree increments, so S.V. recipes calling for other temperatures won’t work.
