Excellent pressure cooker for Indian cuisine! I have been looking for a pressure cooker to cook Indian cuisines. I find it hard to use the electric pressure cookers since they are heavy, big in size and complicated. Plus I already have a rice cooker and didn’t want another similar item. Great pressure cooker Great pressure cooker and seems very safe. This brand uses a different concept then other pressure cookers I have used. The lid goes in the pot and pushes up to seal so it would be impossible to open the lid if any pressure is in the pot. The only thing I would like to see is maybe a video on the correct jingle of the pressure release valve. Closing the Lid I have this cooker and I love it. I use it very often – 4 or 5 times a week and it has served me quite well. I have had other pressure cookers too and I think this is easier to clean and cooks faster as well.I read several people have issues with closing the lid. I made a very short video to help them.
