Awesome shape for cupcakes! These silicone molds can be used for a variety of things other than Instant Pot egg bites. The right size for breakfast bites. No need to oil the cups. These work really well. Each portion holds about 2 ounces, so 7 eggs plus veggies, cheese, condiments will fill one 7-portion mold. After washing well with dish soap and water (to remove manufacturing oils), I poured my egg mix directly into the mold *without* spraying or brushing on oil. However, I did put 2 teaspoons of oil in my egg mix and used a stick blender to be sure that all the ingredients were well combined.
