Excellent But Not Quite Perfect I have had this coffee maker for over a year now and am overall very pleased with it. It consistently makes good coffee quickly and piping hot. My family makes several pots a day, so I feel that I have used the machine as much as most people would in two or three years and it is still going strong. Nice machine works as stated. It does have that smell as some reviews have stated. However it does not last that long. When I received ours I ran a clean cycle as stated in the book with vinegar first, and flushed the system out. Then by the next day or morning I did not notice any smell. Hope this helps others.
